Dr. Melissa is a psychotherapist, coach and expert in ADHD who has devoted her career to supporting individuals and families impacted by ADHD. As the founder of Anchor Children and Family Counseling, INC., Dr. Melissa Cahill Coaching, LLC, and creator of a specialized curriculum, she empowers clients with practical tools to manage ADHD symptoms and
improve executive functioning. Her work also includes a published book that provides a framework—known as ANCHORED—to help individuals organize their thoughts, establish sustainable routines, and develop effective coping strategies.

Her approach integrates mindfulness, coaching, and therapeutic support, focusing on unlocking strengths and building resilience. Additionally, as someone with ADHD and the parent and spouse of individuals with ADHD, Dr. Melissa brings a compassionate and personal understanding to her practice, especially in her work with parents and caregivers.

Beyond her clinical work, she has expanded her reach by creating an online video module program offering a structured, interactive experience that guides participants through her ADHD framework step-by-step. Each module will cover one aspect of the ANCHORED acronym, helping users understand, apply, and practice specific skills for managing ADHD and enhancing executive functioning within their life. Throughout, the program balances educational content with practical exercises, making it actionable and engaging.
